What’s your refund policy?

Camping is an outdoor activity and as such we do not offer refunds due to inclement weather or for early departure regardless of the reason.

If you must cancel your reservation, call the park office at 843-374-2131 before the appropriate deadline to receive a refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Email or text notifications will not be honored. No shows will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit or reservation fee.

All Sites: 72 hour cancellation notice is required. Call our office at 843-374-2131 by 4 p.m. three days before your scheduled arrival.

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable payment in full. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all payments.

Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Most holidays and reservations during ArtFields require a minimum three day stay. Please check with the park office for details.

Do you have a bath house or laundry facility?

Our facilities are currently under construction. Once finished and installed in the park we will offer four private bathrooms as well as a clean, well lit laundry facility. There is a coin-op laundry a short distance away that also offers a drop off service at a reasonable price.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes! We love pets however for their safety and the safety of all our guest they must be leashed and in your control at all times. We have a dog park as well as litter bags and waste receptacles throughout the park for your convenience.

Do you have space for multiple vehicles?

Yes, if one or more of your vehicles does not fit on your site we have an overflow parking area. If you have more than two vehicles they may be subject to a small charge. If you are towing anything other than a car/truck please contact the office to confirm availability as parking is limited.

I still have questions, how do I reach customer service?

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to take reservations and answer questions during normal business hours at 843-374-2131. If you reach the office voicemail messages will be returned within one business day. You may opt to email us at customerservice@lakecityrv.com if you wish. Email inquiries will be returned no later than three business days. If your question requires a quicker response please call the office directly. The park currently operates six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
